To care for your stainless-steel flatware, use a mild, non-abrasive cleanser that does not contain citrus, chlorine, alcohol or perfume. To keep your stainless steel looking its best, avoid prolonged contact with tea, coffee, vinegar and salt which can stain, pit and erode your silverware. When dishwashing your flatware, we recommend loading forks and spoons with their handles down, tines and bowls up. Knives should be placed in a separate basket with sharp ends down to prevent unwanted contact with other flatware. Hot air drying increases the chances of discoloration and corrosion. Dry flatware immediately after washing with a soft towel.
Shipped Returns
If you need to return an item you received by mail, please email scarlettscharminfo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

In-Store Returns
Unused items may be returned within 14 days with a receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit. All items must be in original packaging and show no signs of wear.

Holiday Gift Exception: Non-seasonal items received as Christmas gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit through January 31.
