Shipped Returns
- We hope you will love your selection, but in case you need to return it, email scarlettscharminfo@gmail.com to begin the return process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You may return the unused item within 14 days of receipt of your package. You will be refunded the full amount of the item plus any incurred tax in the form of a refund, exchange or store credit.
- All returned merchandise should be in the same condition in which it was received and returned in the original, sellable condition in which they were sent. Merchandise must have original tags or packaging and show no signs of use or wear. If your return does not meet these requirements, we will notify you by email that the return, exchange or store credit will not be processed and the merchandise will be shipped back to you. If you refuse said delivery, we reserve the right to retain the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s).
- The customer remains responsible for both outgoing and incoming shipping charges, both of which are non-refundable. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item).

In-Store Returns
- You may return the unused item within 14 days of purchase with your receipt in-store. You will be refunded the full amount of the item plus any incurred tax in the form of a refund, exchange or store credit. All returned merchandise should be in the same condition in which it was received and all items must be returned in the original, sellable condition in which they were received. Merchandise must have original tags or packaging and show no signs of use or wear.
- Please be aware that credit card companies can take up to 10 days to process a refund to your credit card. It may also take one to two billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on your statement.
- All clearance or sale items are considered a final sale and will not be accepted for a return. All custom, food or holiday items are considered a final sale. The only exception to the 14-day rule is for items received as a gift for Christmas, that is not Christmas themed. These gifts will be accepted for exchange or store credit until the end of January.
Shipping Policies
We make every effort to ship your order promptly. Please inspect all items upon receipt to ensure correct quantity, color, etc. If you have any questions regarding the accuracy of your shipment, notify us right away at scarlettscharminfo@gmail.com or (608) 931-7232.
Shipping Time
- Provided merchandise is in stock, items usually ship within 2-4 days of your order being confirmed and authorized. You will receive an email notification with tracking information, if applicable, when your order has shipped.
- When receiving your order confirmation please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders that are returned to us because of address error will not be shipped back until the customer corrects their address and pays for additional shipping costs.
- Special/custom orders and items not in stock require longer lead times; you will be informed via email if we experience a delay.
- We do not ship orders on Mondays, weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates
Flat rate fee: $12; free shipping over $200
- Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are oversized and overweight.
- Remember to insure your item for its full value.
Missing Packages
We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. We can require a signature for receipt of the package. If you would like this, email scarlettscharminfo@gmail.com or call (608) 931-7232 at the time of your order.
Damaged Goods Policy
- We trust your package has arrived safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage. If any damage has been found, retain all original packing materials and cartons. Claims must be made within 10 work days to the carrier.
- Shipper and carrier have no legal obligation to honor your claim unless you follow these procedures. If items are to be returned to us please repack merchandise exactly as received.
- We are willing to assist you in every possible manner in collecting claims from the carrier for loss or damage, but this willingness on our part does not make us responsible for collections of claims.
- Should an item be damaged during shipment because of an error or mishap on the part of the carrier, we are not responsible for replacing said item.
Receiving Options
You may have your purchase shipped (not all items available for shipping), local delivery, in-store or curbside.
- Free local delivery – Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free delivery. Local delivery orders are delivered within 24 hours of order being placed. If you need your order delivered the same day, please call us to assure we can do that. Most deliveries will be done the same day after the store is closed. However, some may be delivered the next day.
- In-Store Pick Up – Please come to the register and give the cashier the name of the person who placed the order. Orders are filled within 30 minutes of the order being placed. Pickup is available during our open hours.
- Curbside Pick Up – Call or text (608) 931-7232 when you arrive. Curbside pick-up orders are filled within 30 minutes of order being placed. Pickup is available during our open hours.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
We understand that things happen and you may need to change or cancel your order. We are here to help, but you must call us immediately at (608) 931-7232. Once we begin to process your order (usually within a few hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order as its status will be fulfilled.
Sales Tax
Orders delivered within Wisconsin will be subject to the appropriate sales tax for their jurisdiction. Orders delivered outside of Wisconsin will not be charged sales tax.
Gift Cards
No sales tax is charged when buying a gift card. The appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase with the gift card. As with the vast majority of all retailers, it is the recipient's responsibility to keep track of gift cards.
